Suburban Oasis
This design rethought the heart of the home creating a show-stopping, open, airy & bright kitchen & dining with new access to a private dining courtyard. Finishes were updated throughout adding a light, timeless feel to this Texas gem.
Boho Cottage One
This investor project, located in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood was meeting its full potential. It had good bones, but was uninspired and lacked function. With thoughtful plan alterations, we were able to make the home much more livable and functional without the added expense of an addition while considerably increasing the home's value well beyond the rehab investment.
Boho Cottage Two
After huge success with BoHo Cottage One, work immediately began on the BoHo Cottage Two. Though similar, this home presented different design challenges. But with careful planning and imagination, we were able to modify the home’s small footprint to once again live much larger and more functionally without the added time and cost of an addition.
Fun & Funky Historic District
Located in a vibrant Southtown, we designed this duplex to maximize living space on an extremely tight site while providing ample off street parking. The floor plan provides generous open-concept living space while the bedrooms are tucked away for maximum privacy. A rear patio and second floor balcony provide great entertaining space for guests.
Historic New Build
Located in historic Dignowity neighborhood this new build provides the quaint charm of the surrounding homes with all of the benefits of new construction. By carefully laying out the space, this home lives larger than its square footage would suggest providing open living space with an adjacent, large island kitchen while maintaining privacy for all of the bedrooms.
Urban Infill Development
We designed and built this small urban infill development of four detached townhomes with our future clients’ lock-and-leave lifestyles at top of mind. The homes were designed with premium placed on balanced, natural light, easy to maintain finishes, manageable private yards for pets, and all the features that busy working professionals would want in such an amenity rich, accessible location.
Southtown Bungalow
We took an existing residence with a poor layout and only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and made a home fit for a family. Without adding additional square footage we were able to create a proper 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in this top to bottom renovation while maintaining the charm and character of a house originally built in the 1930’s.
Suburban Modern Farmhouse
This new construction home was designed with a transitional aesthetic in mind that would pull both classic and modern elements to harmonize within the existing neighborhood. Situated on a generous lot, the light-filled interior complements the outdoor living spaces providing entertainment for all seasons..
